Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, and affirm these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Keep your password secure. Do not share or sell access, misrepresent your identity, or bypass usage and security controls.

Using the assistant

This is a text-based AI assistant. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Review them before relying on or sharing them, particularly for consequential decisions. The service does not provide professional medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for the content you submit and your use of outputs. Do not submit material you lack the right to process.

Content and service permissions

You retain rights you have in your inputs. You authorize us and our contracted infrastructure providers to process content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service under the Privacy Policy. We do not claim that generated outputs are unique, copyrightable, or free of third-party rights. Your conversations are not used to train our model.

Free trial and subscriptions

The default trial includes ten responses in total. Pro includes 500 responses and 1,000,000 combined tokens per billing period, whichever allowance is exhausted first. Limits may be shown with conservative token estimates. Stopped responses count when text was delivered. No usage overages are automatically billed. Checkout shows the authoritative price and taxes. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled through the billing portal. Period-end cancellation preserves eligible access until the paid period ends. Delinquent, paused, or incomplete subscriptions do not grant paid access. A failed payment does not erase a previously used trial.

Suspension, cancellation, and appeals

We may pause access for serious policy violations, account compromise, or service protection. You may contact support to appeal. Imminent self-harm statements receive supportive guidance and do not create policy strikes. You can cancel billing or request account deletion through your account controls. Service availability and changes

Availability, response accuracy, and processing times are not guaranteed. Material price, entitlement, or policy changes must be communicated with notice appropriate to the applicable law and customer relationship. We will not retroactively invent consent. Operational outages are handled under the published refund process.
