What does “low-refusal” actually mean?
We aim to answer lawful adult questions directly, including sensitive or unconventional topics. Exploitation, theft, targeted harm, and other prohibited abuse are outside our acceptable-use boundary.
Is this only for adults?
Yes. You must be at least 18 and accept the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy to create an account.
Are my conversations completely private?
Your messages are processed on our servers and the private inference host. Saved chats and project instructions stay in your account; usage and security metadata may remain. We do not promise anonymity or end-to-end encryption.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Generation pauses until you upgrade or your paid billing period renews. Pro includes 500 responses and one million combined tokens per period, whichever comes first. There are no automatic usage overage charges.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage cancellation through the billing portal. If you cancel at period end, eligible access continues through your paid period. Refund requests follow the published refund policy.
