Before subscribing

The checkout screen shows the current recurring price and any applicable taxes. Review the visible response and token limits before purchase. The free trial does not require a payment card.

Cancel a subscription

Use Account → Manage billing to cancel. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the current period normally preserves eligible access until that period ends and prevents the next renewal. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

Request a refund

Contact support@noboundsai.com with your account email, invoice reference, and a brief reason. Never send card numbers or passwords. Errors and mandatory rights

Report accidental duplicate charges or billing errors promptly so they can be investigated. Mandatory consumer rights apply where required; this draft does not replace them. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method where supported.
